Send the programme, the dates and the party size to the commercial office.

Availability comes back within one working day, with a written contracted rate sheet.

The agreement
Rates, unit mix and meal arrangement are confirmed in writing and the allocation is held.

The rooming list
Reviewed and amended up to the agreed cut-off — names, pairings and special requests.

The event order
One written plan circulated to reception, housekeeping, food & beverage and accounts before the group lands.

Arrival and departure
Group check-in handled as one movement, and one consolidated account settled on departure.
